Control Structures

The first three statements we have seen are the elementary processing operations. The question that arises is how to specify the order in which the commands should be executed. The next three statements control the order of execution of the elementary statements, and so are often called control statements, or sometimes control structures. The first is not actually a statement, but just the presentation of a program.
